A training bag, told through the rituals around it.

My role

Production, art direction and AI-assisted motion, developed with Two Bites.

The idea

I approached the Everlast 1910 Leather Gym Duffel through its place in a boxer’s routine: carrying the gloves, wraps and equipment that accompany repeated training.

The decisions

An empty boxing ring gives the bag a setting connected to its purpose. A hard overhead light creates a focused product stage, while deep navy tones bring out the warmth of the leather and brass hardware. The hero compositions establish presence. Close details and scenes of training routines connect that presence to the bag’s materials and use.

My contribution

I brought together production, art direction, 3D scene development and AI-assisted motion. Existing product photographs provided the reference for the bag’s shape, leather, stitching and hardware. From that foundation, I developed the surrounding scenes and directed the lighting, atmosphere and movement. Blender and AI-assisted visual effects supported the construction and animation of the imagery. Across the edit, I focused on keeping the product recognizable and the visual treatment consistent, from the hero compositions to the material details.
